Association Information

Maintenance Fees - Payments are due on the 1st of each month and late after the 14th.  A late charge of $10.00 will be assessed after the late date.

Maintenance Fees cover - hear, air conditioning, water, sewer, trash, snow removal, exterior maintance and the hazard insurance.

Insurance - Homeowners are to provide insurance coverage for their units from the studs in.  This is called and HO-6 policy.  If you feel the need to file a claim, please contact Phil Mills at 303-745-2220 for guidance.

Sewer backup responsibility - Homeowners are responsible for the pipes inside their units out to the main line.

Pool - Open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.  Pool hours are 8AM to 8PM.  Keys are $5.00 and can be obtained at Management office.
